Prof. (Dr.) B.K. Verma is a knowledgeable and dedicated academic professional with over 18 years of experience in teaching, industry, research, and academic administration. As a Professor in Data Science/Big Data and Chief Editor of AIP-Scopus Proceeding (ICCICA-21), he has expertise in NBA/NAAC/NIRF/ARI, and placement analysis. Prof. Verma has worked with Patni Pvt Ltd, Mumbai, and Appin Soft Pvt Ltd, New Delhi, gaining valuable industry experience. Prof. Verma is a keen learner and is focused on delivering quality academic education. He has experience in National Board of Accreditation (NBA), NAAC, NIRF ranking procedures, and Outcome Based Education (OBE). He is also part of the evaluator of NBA Team (Provisional). He is very keen to learn and implement the new Education Policy (NEP 2020) in academics and research. Prof. Verma believes in focusing on the institute and department vision, mission, PEOs, Course Outcome (COs), Programme Outcomes (POs), PSO, and mapping between them. Prof. Verma has completed his BTech, ME, and PhD in CSE from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. He has a strong educational background in Data Science/Software Systems, Computer Science and Engineering, and Engineering. Prof. Verma has experience in handling 5 different programs, including IBM, TCS, Samatrix Pvt Ltd, Apple, General CSE with B.Tech CSE, BCA Cloud and BCA AIML, MCA, MTech, and PhD programs. He has also managed the Training and Placement Department and is looking for NAAC, NBA, UGC 12B, and TCS Accreditation. Currently, Prof. Verma is working as a Professor and Incharge of the Data Science Department at Panipat Institute of Engineering and Technology. He has also worked as HOD in CSE/Data Science Department and Associate Dean Engineering at SGT University and Professor and HOD in Data Science Department at G.H. Raisoni College of Engineering. Prof. Verma has a strong tech stack, including Data Scientist, Big Data, Research Scientist, and Parts-of-speech. He has relevant experience of 11.60 years, making him a valuable asset to any academic institution.
